Capturing the content and promotional material involved several phases.  Before renovation work commenced, I decided to create a narrative surrounding the hotel with “virtual ghosts” waiting in the wings for new guests to arrive.  We decided to shoot the teaser in black & white with a strong film noir style influence.

The opulent interiors were then shot in full colour as well as the 'Gotham Cast'.  The mood was Gatsby meets present day, with nods to prohibition, looting, flapper girls,  lords & ladies.
